Using this site

You may browse the full range without creating an account. An account is required only to place a booking or complete payment.

You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate, and for anything done through your account.

Prices and availability

All prices are shown in Saudi riyals and apply to the specification described on the car page. Stock changes constantly, and a car shown as available may be reserved by another customer before your order is confirmed.

Where a government fee, registration cost or plate transfer charge applies, it is quoted to you before payment and never added afterwards.

Reservations

Adding a car to your cart does not charge you and does not by itself guarantee the vehicle. A reservation becomes binding once payment is completed, or, for bank transfers, once our team has verified the transfer.

Payment

Payment may be made through the providers offered at checkout, by direct bank transfer, or in person at a branch where that option is available.

Instalment plans are provided by third parties. Approval, fees and repayment terms are set by that provider and governed by their agreement with you, not by us.

• Bank transfers are manually verified before a reservation is confirmed.
• A transfer that cannot be matched to an order reference may be delayed.
• We do not store card details on this site.

Delivery and collection

You may collect from either branch or request delivery within the Eastern Province. Handover requires valid identification and the documents needed to register the vehicle in your name.

Cancellation

Cancellation terms depend on the payment method and how far the order has progressed. Contact the branch handling your order as early as possible; final terms are set out in the sale contract you sign at handover.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
